X波段衍射输出相对论磁控管的粒子模拟研究

摘要
本文报道了一个X波段18腔衍射输出相对论磁控管的初步模拟研究结果。利用高频场分析软件和粒子模拟软件,通过分析和优化器件的结构参数,合理选取电磁场取值大小,最终得到:在二极管电压350 k V,外加磁场0.41T条件下,可以得到输出功率1.09 GW、功率转换效率为22%、频率9.59GHz的微波。
This paper reports the simulation investigation of an X-band relativistic magnetron with diffraction output, which contains an 18 resonant cavity system. The operating performance of the device is improved by optimizing the structural parameters and reasonable selection of magnetic field strength and electric field intensity using software of particle simulation and high-frequency field analysis. Simulation results show that an output microwave which has an output power of 1.09 GW, power conversion efficiency of 22% and frequency of 9.59 GHz,with an operating voltage of 350 k V and a magnetic field of 0.41 T.
