常州市城市河道水体富营养化与细菌总数响应研究

摘要
对常州城市河道通济河3个断面(东、中、西)为期一年4个季度的水质指标监测及细菌总数的测定,利用SPSS17.0软件对细菌总数与水体TN、TP、PH等水质指标进行Pearson相关性分析,并对通济河4个季度的细菌总数进行了时空分布特征分析。分析结果显示:通济河细菌总数时空分布特征为,冬季>秋季>春季>夏季;同一月份细菌总数分布特征,通济河西>通济河中>通济河东。经分析研究,细菌总数与水体TN呈极显著相关(P<0.01)相关系数达到0.787,细菌总数与水体TP呈显著相关(P<0.05)相关系数为0.629,细菌总数与水体温度呈显著负相关,其中TN与T呈极显著负相关,相关系数达-0.782。通济河水体富营养化程度与水体细菌总数具有较好的响应关系,从微生物学角度对水体富营养化作出评价。
Tongji river three river section of Changzhou city(east,middle and west) the period of one year four quarters of the water quality index and the total number of bacteria and monitoring,using SPSS17.0 software to the total number of bacteria and water,TN,TP,PH of water quality indexes such as Pearson correlation analysis,and the tongji river four quarters of the total number of bacteria has carried on the analysis of characteristics of time and space distribution.Analysis results show that Tongji river bacteria for the space-time distribution characteristics,winter > autumn > spring > summer;Total number of bacteria in the same distribution,east >middle > west.Through analysis and research,the total number of bacteria and water TN was significantly correlated(P < 0.01) correlation coefficient is 0.787,the total number of bacteria associated with water,TP was significantly(P < 0.05) correlation coefficient is 0.629,the total number of bacteria and water temperature has significant negative correlation,the TN were very significant negative correlation with T,the correlation coefficient reaches 0.782.Tongji degree of eutrophication of water body and water,the total number of bacteria has good response relationship,from the Angle of microbiology to eutrophication evaluation.
