吸声材料在降低商用车通过噪声上的应用研究

摘要
采用被动降噪方法,在某商用车上设计安装隔声罩来降低其通过噪声。对发动机附近的测点进行了频谱分析,运用阻抗管测量两种试样的吸声特性曲线,通过测点的声压频率曲线来确定材料及其厚度。通过新国标测试方法测试,某商用车在安装隔声罩后其通过噪声降低2dB。
This paper used passive noise reduction method by designing and installing acoustical enclosures to reduce the Truck pass- by noise.The frequency spectrum analysis was carried out on measuring point close to the engine.By the impedance tube measuring two samples the absorption curve the material and its thickness was determined by this curve.By new national standard method of testing,a truck pass-by noise reduces 2dB after installing acoustic enclosure.
