寰枢椎不稳症的诊断与治疗

摘要
寰枢椎不稳症(atlantoaxial instability)是指寰、枢椎不稳定,压迫颈部脊髓的现象,常因外伤、寰枢椎发育异常等引起,临床上以颈部敏感、僵直、四肢共济失调、轻瘫为特征。本病可结合既往病史、神经症状和X射线来进行确诊,治疗方法包括保守治疗和手术疗法。
