基于神经网络模型的秘鲁外海茎柔鱼角质颚色素沉积的研究

摘要
为了探讨茎柔鱼及其角质颚的生长对角质颚色素沉积的影响。本研究根据2009-2014年中国鱿钓船在秘鲁外海采集的茎柔鱼(Dosidicus gigas)样本,对角质颚的12项外部形态进行测量,对角质颚的色素沉积等级进行了划分,并利用角质颚的微结构来估算茎柔鱼的日龄。利用神经网络模型建立了角质颚色素沉积等级与日龄、胴长、体重、性腺成熟度和角质颚外部形态参数的关系。结果显示,影响角质颚色素沉积等级的主要因子为日龄、体重、性腺成熟度、上喙长和下翼长,与色素沉积等级呈显著正相关关系,贡献率分别为7.44%、7.40%、9.14%、7.88%和9.07%。研究表明,角质颚的色素沉积与茎柔鱼及其角质颚的生长密切相关,角质颚色素沉积不仅可以反映个体的生长,还可以反映食性的变化。
In order to research effects of growth of D. gigas and its beak on beak pigmentation process. In this study, the samples of the jumbo flying squid were collected by the Chinese jigging fleet between 2009 and 2014 off the Peruvian Exclusive Economic Zone. Twelve morphometric parameters of beaks were measured. Meanwhile, the beak pigmentation stage(PS) was divided and the microstructure of beak was used to estimate the age of D. gigas. Besides, the relationship was built between beak pigmentation stage and age, mantle length(ML), body weight(BW),sexual maturity stage(SMS) and morphometric parameters of beak using BP neural network.Results showed that the main factors influencing the beak pigmentation stage were age, body weight, sexual maturity stage, upper rostrum length and lower wing length, which were positively related to the beak pigmentation stage, and their contribution rates were 7.44%, 7.40%, 9.14%,7.88% and 9.07%, respectively. Results indicated that the relationship between pigmentation process and growth of D. gigas and its beak was close.
