北太平洋柔鱼的丰度指数与气候因子之间的关系

柔鱼冬春生群体的丰度指数的年际间震荡与环境变量具有显著的相关性,利用神经网络模型结合多种的环境数据可用来评估柔鱼的丰度指数,并且可以更好地理解柔鱼丰度指数和环境变量之间的关系。本文利用了中国鱿钓船队从1994-2015年的捕捞西部冬春生群体的渔获数据、产卵场区域性尺度的环境数据(产卵场区域最适海表温的比例)和大尺度海洋气候指数,包括太平洋年代际震荡指数(PDO)、南方涛动指数(SOI)和厄尔尼诺转化指数(TNI)。自变量相关和灵敏度分析结果显示产卵场1月和3月的Ps值与柔鱼的资源丰度具有显著的正相关性。PDO指数与柔鱼资源丰度具有显著的正相关并且主要影响柔鱼的1月的产卵季节和8月的索饵季节。TNI和SOI与厄尔尼诺事件相关并且会影响产卵和索饵季节时的Ps值。
Interannual fluctuation in abundance indices of winter-spring cohort of the neon flying squid(Ommastrephes bartramii) was found to be significantly correlated with environmental variations. A variety of datasets were used within a suite of artificial neural networks to evaluate squid abundance indices and better understand the relationship between squid abundance indices and environmental variations. These data included Chinese squid-jigging vessel fishery data for the western winter-spring cohort of O. bartramii during 1994-2015, regional-scale environmental conditions(the proportion of favourable-SST in a given area, Ps) in spawning areas and large-scale oceanographic indices, including Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO), Southern Oscillation Index(SOI), and Trans-Ni?o Index(TNI). Independent variable relevance and sensitivity analyses indicated that Ps in spawning areas was positively correlated with squid abundance and January and March were significant months. PDO was significantly and positively related to squid abundance indices and mostly influence the period of spawning and feeding seasons in January and August.
