摘要
建立了测定清瘟解毒口服液中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。采用XBridge C18(Sμm,4.6×150mm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(22:78)为流动相,检测波长为278 nm,进样量为10μ.1。回归方程为:y=37278×+4385,相关系数r=0.9999,在5~200μg/ml范围内,黄芩苷具有良好的线性,黄芩苷平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.5%。该方法简便、准确、快速,适合清瘟解毒口服液的质量控制检测。
A HPLC mithod for ditermination of baicalin in Qingwenjiedu oral solut was established.Theliquid chromatographic separation was carried on XBridge C18(5μm,4.6×150mm) column with Acetonitrile-0.2%H_3PO_4(22:78) as mobile phase.The ditection wavelength was 278 nm,And the injection quantity was 10μl.The equation was y=37278x+4385,r=0.9999,the calibration curve was liner in the range 5~200μg/ml.The method was simple and accurate,and provide the scientific evidence for the research of the quality standard of Qingwenjiedu oral solut.
