摘要
介绍了航空发动机试车台架推力校准系统软硬件组成及工作原理,叙述了校准软件的设计、构成、功能及具体实施方法。阐述了推力传感器校准和台架灵敏度校准的方法,并对航空发动机试车台推力测量系统的误差来源进行了初步分析。
The software and hardware components and working principle of the aero-engine test bench thrust calibration system are introduced.Meanwhile,the design,composition,functions and concrete implementation method of calibration software are described.The methods of thrust sensor calibration and bench sensitivity calibration are illustrated,and error resources of aero-engine test bench thrust measurement system are analyzed preliminarily.
