摘要
2011年3月11日,日本福岛核电站与发生7级重大核泄漏事故,事故造成巨大灾害。该事故的发生对全球核电行业带来深刻的影响和反思,各核电国家纷纷对在役及在建核电机组开展安全自查和复核工作。我国国家核安全局对在建核电厂提出具体改进要求,海南昌江核电认真落实各项要求,针对福岛事故后核安全改进工作探索出一套管理方法。本文就核安全改进工作组织及开展情况总结了这套管理方法,并提出后续改进工作管理的建议。
On March 11,2011,Fukushima nuclear plant happened level-7 nuclear accidents,which causes huge disaster.The accident profound influence on the global nuclear power industry and reflection,the nuclear power countries all Carry out safety self-examination and review work on the in service and under building plants.National Nuclear Safety Administration put forward improvement requirements,Hainan Changjiang nuclear power(HNPC) conscientiously implement the requirements,and explores a set of management methods.This paper summarize the methods according to the situation of HNPC nuclear safety improvement work,And propose the following working suggestion.
