核电厂装卸料模拟机的设计与开发

摘要
本文依据核电厂对于装卸料技能培训的需求,提出了一种核电厂装卸料培训系统的设计与开发过程。该系统将仪控、仿真与虚拟现实等多种技术结合,以实体控制盘台与人机交互界面作为输入输出,以虚拟设备作为输出响应以表现其运动过程,以教控台作为控制与教学辅助。本文阐述了装卸料模拟机的系统结构、各个组成部分的设计思路、和各部分之间的通信方式,并就开发过程中遇到的若干关键技术问题和相关解决方法进行了探讨。本文还对以典型压水堆核电机组为数据参考对象的装卸料模拟机的使用效果进行了总结,得出核电厂装卸料模拟机是一个良好的装卸料技能培训手段的结论。
Based on the skill training needs in nuclear power plants,this paper presents the design and development for a new refueling training system.The system integrates kinds of technologies like instrumentation,simulation and virtual reality.It has a physical control panel for input,virtual devices as the output performance,and a instructor station as a command auxiliary.This paper describes the system structure of refueling simulator,the design ideas for each system component,and communication between the components.And several key technical issues and associated solutions encountered during the development are discussed.What's more,This paper conclude the using result of the refueling simulator for typical PWR nuclear power plant.The conclusion is that the refueling simulator is a good means of refueling skills training.
