利用中草药延缓嗜气单胞菌针对恩诺沙星耐药性的研究

摘要
为了延缓主要淡养殖病原菌——嗜气单胞菌的耐药性,以嗜气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)ATCC 7966为出发菌株,评价了其对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、酸多西环素、复方硫磺间甲氧嘧啶钠和硫酸新霉素等抗菌药物的敏感性;并以恩诺沙星为受试药物,对ATCC 7966进行低浓度耐药性诱导,获得最小抑菌浓度(MIC)提高了256倍的耐药性菌株。测定了茉莉花、薄荷叶、连翘等26种中草药对嗜气单胞菌耐药性的延缓作用。试验结果表明:板蓝、射干、苦参、大青叶、车前草、连翘、黄芩以及艾草8种中草药均具有延缓嗜气单胞菌对恩诺沙星耐药性的作用,其中,连翘和板蓝延缓耐药性的作用最为明显。复筛实验结果表明,经过20代接种后,连翘实验组的耐药性只上升了2倍(对照组上升了16倍)。该结果对探究嗜气单胞菌的耐药性控制问题拓宽了思路,为生产实践提供了理论依据。
To investigate the elimination of Chinese herbal medicine on Aeromonas hydrophila(Ah) resistance— Ah is a major pathogens that is very harmful to aquatic animal. The Sensitivity of Aeromonas hydrophila on Enrofloxacin, Florfenicol, Doxycycline hydrochloride,Compound Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium and Neomycin Sulphate was evaluated. Enrofloxacin was used as the model drug, ATCC7966 was induced by low concentrations of drug resistance, The minimum inhibitory concentration was rose 256 fold. 26 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine such as jasmine,mint leaves, forsythia and so on were determined to eliminate resistance of Ah. The results revealed that Radix Isatidis, Rhizoma Belamcandae, Flavescent Sophora Root, Dyers Woad Leaf,Plantain, Forsythia, Scutellaria and Wormwood can delay the resistance of Ah on Enrofloxacin,and. Radix Isatidis and Forsythia had obviously elimination effect on Aeromonas hydrophila resistance.The result of re-sieving test showed that the drug resistance of Forsythia was increased by 2 fold(compared with 16 fold in control group) after 20 generations inoculation.
