高速电梯系统动态固有特性分析

摘要
通过采用lagrange方程推导出高速曳引电梯机械系统7自由度动力学微分方程,根据高速电梯实际运行工况,对电梯系统进行模态分析,得到了各阶固有频率和模态振型,从结果中发现了固有频率和模态振型的变化规律,并给出了提高高速曳引电梯系统舒适性和安全性的建议。本文研究内容对电梯系统动态设计、故障诊断和安全经济运行提供一定的参考价值。
The seven degrees of freedom differential equations of a high-speed traction elevator are established by the Lagrange approach. Based on the actual operational condition of the high-speed elevator,the natural frequencies and the model vibration models of are carried out by model analysis. And their variety regulation is also analysed. Related suggestions of raising the comfort and safety of the high-speed elevator are put forward. The content of this paper provide some reference value for the elevator's dynamic design,diagnosis and safe and economic operation.
