某共固化阻尼复合材料仪表板动态性能研究

摘要
针对某仪表板在质轻、强度满足要求的情况下设计最佳动力学性能的目的,提出采用共固化嵌入式阻尼复合材料与PMI泡沫夹芯组合结构的设计方案,该结构能保持了复合材料优异的力学性能,又能达到减振、质轻的效果。对关键变量进行了选取及动力学数值模拟分析,并通过模态试验验证了仪表板动态性能。该仪表板的结构组成可以为精密、高速、动载的复合材料构件提供参考。
For the best dynamic performance of a co-cured composite damping instrument panel with light weight and high strength, a multilayer sandwich structure with PMI foam combined with embedded and co-cured composite damping structure is proposed, which can maintain the excellent mechanical properties of campsite materials, and achieve the damping and light effect at the same time. Key variables are selected s which may affect the dynamic performance of the instrument panel are selected and the dynamic performance is analyzed through multi-FEM analysis, which is also verified by modal test. The structure of the instrument panel can provide reference for the design of precision, high speed, dynamic composite component. And the importance measure analysis of dynamic performance of the instrument panel can provide reference for relative design.
