甘蔗渣培养灵芝研究和成份分析

摘要
通过4个供试灵芝菌株生长速度、爬壁能力、菌丝密度和气生菌丝量等性状,筛选出最佳的灵芝母种培养基配方为马铃薯200g,葡萄糖20g,琼脂20g,甘蔗粉20g,蛋白胨3g,磷酸二氢钾3g,硫酸镁1.5g,维生素B2 0.1g;通过比较4个菌株在不同栽培基质上子实体干重、子实体厚度和子实体直径筛选到最适合蔗渣原料培养的菌种GL0003和GL0102,最适配方为甘蔗渣82%、啤酒糟15%、石灰粉2%、糖1%;椴木栽培灵芝和蔗渣栽培的灵芝之间总三萜差异不大,其中4种供试灵芝总三萜含量均高于10mg/g,蔗渣栽培的灵芝子实体多糖含量显著高于椴木栽培灵芝。重金属检测结果显示蔗渣栽培灵芝主要重金属元素含量低于椴木灵芝,但微量元素Mg、Zn、Se含量较高,其中有机硒含量为0.189 mg/kg。
