铽掺杂氧化钽电催化剂对抗坏血酸和尿酸的氧化

在生物体液中测试抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)的浓度非常重要,目前,电化学方法被认为是一种简单而有效的方法。五氧化二钽具有良好的化学和热稳定性,表明其有前途的新型电极材料中的应用。因此,在这项工作中,我们研究了铽掺杂五氧化二钽对抗坏血酸和尿酸的电化学氧化。利用水热方法合成了铽掺杂氧化钽(Tb-Ta_2O_5)电催化剂。通过循环伏安法(CV)测定铽掺杂氧化钽对抗坏血酸和尿酸的电化学氧化,结果表明铽掺杂氧化钽对抗坏血酸和尿酸的氧化有良好的电催化活性。
The investigation for the concentration of ascorbic acid(AA) and uric acid(UA) in biological fluids is very important. At present, electrochemical methods have been proved to be simple and effective ways for AA and UA determination. Ta_2O_5 has good chemical and thermal stabilities, suggesting its promising application in novel electrode materials. Consequently, in this work, we studied the terbium doped tantalum oxide(Tb-Ta_2O_5) particles for the AA and UA electrochemical oxidation. Tb-Ta_2O_5 electrocatalyst was synthesized using a hydrothermal method. The electrocatalytic activity of Tb-Ta_2O_5 was investigated for the oxidation of AA and UA with cyclic voltammetry CV. The results indicated that Tb-Ta_2O_5 had excellent electrocatalytic activity for the AA and UA oxidation.
