摘要
目的:分析预防2型糖尿病患者围内镜检查期出现低血糖的相关对策。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月97例行内镜检查的2型糖尿病患者作为观察对象,通过观察出现低血压症状患者的临床资料,分析造成患者出现低血压的原因,并采取应用处理措施。结果:97例行内镜检查的2型糖尿病患者中有50例出现低血糖,且50例患者均在禁食期间出现低血糖,其中36例患者出现在夜间,14例患者出现在日间;50例患者的平均血糖值为(3.45±0.56)mmol/L,其中有35例患者需要静脉输注葡萄糖才可缓解。结论:2型糖尿病患者在接受内镜检查之前要做好全面的病情评估,并科学安排补液时间和顺序;加强夜间的病房巡回和血糖监测,并做好心理护理,消除患者的紧张情绪。
Objective:To analyze the prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by endoscopy.Methods:500 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who underwent endoscopy from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as observation subjects.The clinical data of patients with hypotension were observed and analyzed.The causes of hypotension were analyzed and applied.Treatment measures.Results:Of the 500 endoscopic patients with type 2 diabetes,50 had hypoglycemia,and 50 patients had hypoglycemia during fasting,36 of whom appeared at night and 14 patients appeared during the day;The mean blood glucose level was(3.45 ± 0.56) mmol/L in 50 patients,and 35 patients required intravenous infusion of glucose.Conclusion:Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus should undergo a comprehensive assessment before receiving endoscopy,and arrange the time and order of rehydration.We should strengthen nighttime ward patrol and blood glucose monitoring and do psychological care to eliminate the tension of patients.
