重金属污染土壤的植物修复技术研究进展

摘要
本文重点综述了重金属污染土壤的植物修复技术的原理、植物修复的优点和局限性。传统修复方法成本高并造成二次污染,植物修复通过植物根系的一些特殊物质使土壤中的大量有毒金属转化为相对无害的物质。但植物修复选择性小,富集量有限,受生长环境限制等局限性,从而提出了今后的重点研究方向是寻找生物量大、富集能力强的超富集植物,并从分子水平研究其机理。
This paper mainly summarizrs the phytoremediation of heavy metal contaminated soil,the principle of the classification of phytoremediation techonlogy and phytoremediation of having a little andlimitations.traditio nal repair methods cost a lot and cause secondary pollution.Phytoremediation repair some special material to make large amounts of toxic metals in the soil converted to relatively harmless substances by plant roots.But phytoremediation is selective and limited by the growth of environmental constraints and other limitations,which made the focus of future research direction is to find large biomass accumulation ability of hyperaccumulators,and research mechanism on the molecular level.
