H_(12)MDI在RIM工艺中的应用研究

摘要
研究了4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H_(12)MDI)应用于RIM(反应注射成型)工艺的若干影响因素,通过对催化剂、扩链剂对比和复配研究,确定了可适用于RIM工艺的配方,并进行了力学性能的测试;通过研究物料温度和模具温度的影响,确定了H_(12)MDI满足RIM生产要求的工艺参数。研制出的H_(12)MDI基PU-RIM材料耐光老化性显著优于MDI基产品。
Several influencing factors in application of RIM technology based on H_(12)MDI were studied.By comparing and compounding of catalyst and chain extension agent,formulation suitable for RIM process was confirmed.The mechanical properties were tested.By studying the influence of material temperature and mold temperature,process parameters to meet the requirements of RIM based on H_(12)MDI was confirmed.The light aging of H_(12)MDI based PU-RIM materials developed was significantly better than that of MDI based products.
