纯电汽车同轴直联车桥的模态分析

摘要
同轴直联车桥是纯电汽车上的主要承载构件,能够直接影响汽车的动态特性。利用Solidworks对同轴直联车桥零部件进行三维建模,运用有限元分析方法,在ANSYS Workbench中对车桥进行模态分析。通过兰索斯法,提取前六阶固有频率和振型,分析其固有频率与外界激励情况,为进一步研究提供理论依据。
Coaxial straight axles the main bearing member on the electric car, it can directly affect the dynamic characteristics of the car. Three-dimensional model of coaxial axle parts is established applying Solidworks, and modal analysis of the bridge is implemented in ANSYS Workbench with finite element analysis. The sixth-order natural frequency and vibration mode are extracted by Block Lanczos method, and the stimulation condition of natural frequency and outside is analyzed, which will provide a theoretical basis for further research.
