摘要

简述了自卸车T式举升机构的结构组成及其工作原理,并建立T式举升机构自卸车的三维虚拟样机;通过机构运动分析获取了自卸车T式举升机构部件的受力变化函数曲线,并实现了对T式举升机构自卸车的仿真模拟和动画制作,以确保T式举升机构自卸车的设计更具安全性、可靠性和直观性,旨为自卸车设计者提供一种针对T式举升机构快速精准设计的方法和思路。
Describes the structure of lifting mechanism of dump truck T type and its working principle,to establish 3 d virtual prototype of T type lifting mechanism of dump truck;Through the mechanism motion analysis to obtain the stress change of the T type lifting mechanism of dump truck parts function curve,and implements the simulation of T type lifting mechanism of dump truck and animation production,to ensure that the T type lifting mechanism of dump truck design more safety,reliability and intuitive nature of purport for dump truck designers provide a kind of lifting mechanism for T type fast accurate design method and train of thought.
