充水和内空管道在爆炸冲击荷载下的数值模拟分析

摘要
空中爆炸冲击荷载作用下,充水和内空(空气介质)管道的动力响应是一个值得研究的问题。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,运用非线性动力学基本理论和算法,适当选取材料及本构关系,建立合适的计算模型,对空中TNT炸药爆炸冲击荷载下,充水和内空管道的动力响应规律进行了数值模拟分析。通过数据分析可以得出:爆炸冲击荷载下,在等量炸药的条件下,充水管道的变形量、单元位移、单元压强峰值及背爆面压强变化率较内空管道低,随着炸药量的增加,这些参数的增加速率也均低于内空管道;充水管道抗变形能力更强,稳定性更高。
The dynamic response of the water-filled and the inner air(air medium) pipeline under the impact of the air blast is a question worthy of deep research.Using the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA and applying nonlinear dynamic theory and algorithm,the numerical simulation analysis was applied to the dynamic response rules of water-filled pipes and inner air pipelines under the TNT explosion shock loading with the appropriate calculation model and proper materials and the constitutive relation.Through the data analysis it can be drawn:under blast loading,with the same amount of TNT,these parameters,the deformation of the water-filled pipe,the displacement of pipe's element,peak pressure and back burst pressure change rate,are lower than the inner air pipeline.and with the increase of explosion,the increase rate of these parameters is not higher than inner air pipeline.And it's destruction resistant ability is stronger,stabler and higher.
