从天然植物荠菜中提取绿色缓蚀剂的研究

摘要
选用植物荠菜为研究对象,采用正交试验设计得到荠菜提取液的最佳提取条件。电化学阻抗、动电位扫描等方法来分析荠菜提取液对Q235在1 mol/L HCl介质中的缓蚀作用及温度、浓度的影响。结果显示,荠菜提取液添加在1 mol/LHCl溶液中对Q235有较好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大。荠菜提取液为混合抑制型缓蚀剂,且在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式;Van't Hoff方程和Arrhenius公式讨论电极反应的热力学、动力学参数和缓蚀作用的机理。天然荠菜提取液制取方便、环保无毒、价廉易得,具有很好的应用前景。
The extracts of capsella bursa-pastoris was obtained by orthogonal design and the corrosion inhibition of Q235 carbon steels in 1 mol/L HC1 solutions by capsella bursa-pastoris extract(CBE) was studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscope and potentiodynamic polarization techniques.The results obtained indicate that the CBE could serve as an effective inhibitor of the corrosion of Q235 carbon steels in hydrochloric acid media.Inhibition efficiency was found to increase with increasing concentration of CBE.The data also suggest that the CBE functioned as an inhibitor via a mixed-inhibitor mechanism and the process of inhibition attributed to physisorption,which follows Langmuir adsorption isotherm,and the associated thermodynamic and kinetic parameters have been determined to discuss the mechanism.
