孔隙率对静电纺丝正交试验优化结果的影响

摘要
通过正交试验法研究了静电纺聚芳醚砜酮工艺参数如:纺丝液浓度、纺丝电压和纺丝流量对纤维膜拉伸强度的影响,并考虑了孔隙率对正交试验结果的影响。实验结果表明,当未考虑纤维膜的空隙率时,通过实验验证,无法通过正交试验得到以拉伸强度为目标函数的最优工艺条件。当考虑纤维膜的空隙率时,可以得到最优工艺条件。因此,在本实验涉及的工艺参数范围内,引入孔隙率有助于得到以纤维膜的拉伸强度为目标函数的最优工艺条件。
PPESK nano fibrous mats were prepared by solution electrospinning. Parameters, such as the solution concentration, the voltage and the flow rate, were examined by orthogonal experimental design which is based on tensile strength. The porosity of the electrospinning PEESK mats was also considered. The results of the experiments indicate that when the porosity of the fibrous mats is ignored, we cannot get the optimal parameters. If the porosity is taken into account, it is easy to calculate the optimal parameters. Under certain condition, the porosity of the mats will contribute to obtain optimal parameters for maximum tensile strength.
