摘要
设计加压溶气气浮工艺处理冶金冷轧含油废水的正交试验,对比加药量、进气量、回流比和溶气释放器类型四个因素的影响,结果表明:进水含油750mg/L,SS160mg/L情况下,因素对出水含油影响程度由大到小顺序为:进气量>投药量>回流比>释放器选型;最佳参数匹配为进气量110L/m~3,加药量70mg/L,回流比45%,释放器选择TV-Ⅲ型。DAF最佳出水含油46mg/L,去除率93.87%;SS 43 mg/L,去除率73.13%。
