替普瑞酮对凡纳滨对虾热应激耐受能力的影响

替普瑞酮(Teprenone)又名二牛龙牛儿基丙酮(eranylgeranylacetone),是萜烯类的衍生物,作为无毒、高效的常用热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSPs)诱导剂,其在人类、大鼠和畜禽胃肠黏膜应激损伤保护方面已有相关研究和运用,而在水产动物中未见报道。本文研究了替普瑞酮短期浸泡对凡纳滨对虾热应激耐受能力的影响,分析发现:1.浸泡组对虾(替普瑞酮浓度10ppm,浸泡时间2h)的临界极端高温值(Critical Thermal Maximum,CTMax)显著(p<0.05)高于对照组(替普瑞酮浓度0 ppm,浸泡时间2h),分别为39.23±0.24和38.40±0.56℃;2.浸泡组对虾平均临界致死温度(Lethal Thermal Maximum,LTMax)高于对照组,分别为39.82和38.95℃;3.浸泡组对虾窒息点显著(p<0.05)低于对照组,分别为1.22±0.34和1.64±0.45 mg/L。上述结果表明,替普瑞酮浸泡处理可提高对虾的高温应激抵御能力和低氧耐受能力,进而表现为热应激耐受能力显著提高。实验结果不仅可为替普瑞酮在水产动物中的科学运用提供数据支持和实验参考,亦可为对虾应激保护提供新的有效途径。
Teprenone is a non-toxic and efficient heat shock protein inducer, some related research and application in the protection of human, animal and animal gastrointestinal mucosa stress injury were reported. In the present study, the effect of teprenone by short-term immersion on heat stress tolerance of Litopenaeus vannamei was researched. 1. The CTMax of treatment group(teprenone 10 ppm concentration, soaking time 2h) was significantly(P <0.05) higher than that of the control group(teprenone concentration 0 ppm, soaking time 2h), 39.23 ± 0.24 and 38.40 ±0.56℃, respectively. 2. The LTMax of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,39.82 and 38.95℃, respectively. 3. The suffocation point of treatment group was significantly(P<0.05) lower than that of the control group,1.22± 0.34 and 1.64± 0.45 mg/L, respectively. The results showed that soaking for teprenone can improve the ability of resisting high temperature stress of shrimp and the hypoxia tolerance, performance for heat stress tolerance significantly improved.
