硫化钠处理对牛毛结构的影响

摘要
采用硫化碱溶液处理牛毛,通过处理前后牛毛表面物理形态的变化,以及处理液pH值、毛溶解率和颜色的分析,探讨了不同pH值的硫化钠溶液对毛结构的影响。结果表明,硫化钠溶液的pH决定毛的溶解速率、溶解量和毛的外观形态。pH越高,溶解速率越快、溶解量越高,对毛的鳞片层的破坏越重,毛的光泽越差;在毛的溶解量相同条件下,处理液的pH不同,毛的外观形态不同;牛毛的耐碱性较强,在pH为10-11、25℃、处理24 h后,毛的性能保持较好,仅光泽变黯淡。
Sodium sulphide solutions were used to treat bovine hair.The effects of sodium sulphide solutions with various pH values on the structure of bovine hair were investigated by the changes of surface physical configuration of hair,the pH values of process solutions,the dissolution rate of hair and hair color before and after the alkali treatment.Results showed that the appearance,dissolution rate and amount of bovine hair were related with the pH value of the sodium sulphide solution.With the increase of pH value,the dissolution rate and dissolved amount of bovine hair increased accordingly.Moreover the destruction degree of scale layer became larger and then the treated hair had poorer luster.When the dissolved amounts of treated bovine hair were equal,the appearances of hair varied with the pH values of treatment solution.The alkali resistance of bovine hair was strong.Only the luster of bovine hair became poorer after the treatment of which the pH value was 10-11,the temperature was 25 °C and the duration was 24 h.
