基于MOF模板法可控合成不同形貌α-Fe_2O_3纳米棒及其气敏性质研究

摘要
通过简单的溶剂热法,可控合成出了不同形貌的MIL-88A材料~[1]。在空气中煅烧后得到了不同长度的α-Fe_2O_3纳米棒。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的晶体结构、形貌进行了表征。从SEM图可以看出样品煅烧后基本保持了原有的形貌。通过对不同还原性气体的气敏响应测试研究了材料的气敏选择性。结果表明,两种形貌的α-Fe_2O_3纳米棒对丙酮气体表现出更高的灵敏度,并进一步研究了对不同浓度的丙酮气体灵敏度响应。
MIL-88 A templates with different morphologies were synthesized via a simple solvothermal method by controlling the proportion of reactants. The derived porous α-Fe_2O_3 nanostructures preserve the original nanorod morphology after pyrolysis of MIL-88 A in air. The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) respectively. The gas-sensing properties of the as-synthesized α-Fe_2O_3 nanorods were investigated towards various reducing gases. Experimental results showed that the samples exhibited the highest sensitivity to acetone vapor.
