氢同位素气体的净化技术研究

摘要
主要针对氢同位素气体净化进行了一系列的模拟实验,结果表明用常温催化剂脱氧、常温分子筛脱除水分和低温活性炭吸附相结合的工艺能够很好地完成研究任务,将含有一定氧、氮和水杂质的电解氢净化至氧氮含量分别小于0.5×10~(-6)以下,能够达到低温精馏分离的进气要求。
The liguid hydrogen rectification or cryogenic distillation(CD) requires the hydrogen isotopes inputs with all impurities down to a level of under 10e-7 volume fraction of all the admixtures.For the hydrogen istopes from electrolysis cell,a combined hydrogen purification including catalytic deoxidation,zeolites 5A adsorption to remove the H_2O,and cryogenic adsorption to remove all the other impurities,which gives a approving product.
