气化罐设计条件分析

摘要
气化罐是一种内热式的压力容器,通常内装30B容器、电子秤和其他构件。通过循环被加热的空气来加热30B容器,30B容器在加热升温的过程中,其内的UF_6固体(液体)变成UF_6气体,通过连接软管输送到外部,进行UF_6水解反应,制得UO_2F_2,再经过沉淀、脱氟还原等工序制得UO_2粉末。气化罐运行正常工况下,工作压力为常压,工作温度70℃~100℃,工作介质为空气。UF_6泄漏时设备运行工况分为瞬时工况和事故工况。瞬时工况包括:正常运行时30B容器连接软管泄漏和赶残料过程中30B容器连接软管泄漏;事故工况包括:正常运行时出现事故和赶残料时出现事故。分别分析了这四种情况下气化罐的工作压力、工作温度及工作介质。进行综合分析,将发生频率较高的瞬时工况和正常工况进行组合,作为气化罐设计条件的荷载分析;将发生频率较低的事故工况单独作为一种分析条件,来进行气化罐设计条件的荷载分析。从而确定气化罐的设计条件如下:设计温度120℃,设计压力0.4 MPa,工作介质为空气中含大量极毒介质。
Gasification tank is a heat-type pressure vessel,usually contents 30 B container,electronics and other components.30 B container is heated by circular hot air,and UF_6 solid(liquid) which in the inside of 30 B container become UF_6 gas,transported to the outside through a hose connection.After hydrolysis,precipitation,reduction processes defluorination obtained UO_2 powder.Gasification tank running under normal operating conditions,the working pressure is atmospheric pressure,operating temperature 70 ℃~100 ℃,the working medium is air.When UF_6 leaks,equipment operating conditions is divided into transient conditions and accident conditions.Transient conditions including hose leaks at normal operation and rush salvage process.Accident conditions including accident at normal operation and rush salvage process.The operating pressure,the operating temperature and the working medium are analyzed separately under these four cases.Through comprehensive analysis,the higher frequency of occurrence of transient conditions and normal conditions are combined,as a condition of gasification tank design load analysis.The lower frequency of occurrence of accident conditions alone as an analytical conditions for gasification tank design conditions of load analysis.In summary,suitable design conditions for the Gasification tank are as follows:the design temperature is 120 ℃,the design pressure is 0.4 MPa,the working medium is air contains a lot of highly toxic media.
