微生物菌肥对百合“叶烧病”的防治效果

采用3个不同的施肥处理:S1为硝酸钙(0.2mmol·L~(-1);S2为微生物菌肥(0.3%);S3为硝酸钙(0.2mmol·L~(-1))与微生物菌肥(0.3%)的复合肥料;S0为对照,进行‘Sorbonne'和‘Siberia'的施肥试验,探究微生物菌肥对百合叶烧病的防治效果。结果表明:在常规施加硝酸钙肥料时,加入微生物菌肥所形成的复合肥料对百合的生长及光合特性效果最为显著,表现为百合叶烧病指数有着显著降低,株高、茎粗、全株生物、茎生根长度、茎生根厚度和根系活力有着显著的增加;‘Sorbonne'的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)分别比对照提高了35.20%、21.02%和11.71%;‘Siberia'的Pn、Tr和WUE分别比对照提高了38.97%、32.31%和5.03%。可见微生物菌肥可以有效地降低百合叶烧病的指数,对百合优质栽培的生长和光合生理特性的影响效果显著。
Three different fertilization treatments were taken,including:the calcium nitrate(0.2mmol · L~(-1)) as S1;biofertiUzers(0.3%) as S2;the compound fertilizer of calcium nitrate(0.2mmol · L~(-1)) and biofertilizers(0.3%) as S3;the black as SO.' Sorbonne' and ' Siberia' were fertilized to research the effects of biofertilizers on growth and photosynthetic physiological of the lily.The results showed that calcium nitrate was applied in the conventional,and added biofertilizers as a compound fertilizer,which was significant effect on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of the lily.It expressed that height,stem diameter,whole plant biomass,stem root length,stem root thickness and root activity of the lily had a significant increasing;net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr) and water use efficiency(WUE) of 'Sorbonne' were improved 35.20%,21.02%and 11.71%compared with black,respectively;Pn,Tr and WUE of ' Siberia' were increased by38.97%,32.31%and 5.03%.The result showed that effects of growth and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of the lily were significant by biofertilizers in the high quality planting.
