气相色谱串联高分辨飞行时间质谱测定北京室内灰尘中的氯化石蜡

摘要
氯化石蜡(CPs)是一类直链正构烷烃氯化衍生而成的复杂混合物[1]。室内环境是人们停留时间最长的场所,室内环境中有毒物质的含量水平与人体暴露水平有着密切关系。不同年龄人群对于室内灰尘的摄入率存在巨大差异,其中婴幼儿的摄入率比成年人高出两个数量级[2],因此婴幼儿对于灰尘中的氯化石蜡暴露风险显著高于成人。本研究采用高分辨质谱高分辨质谱测定了不同功能区域室内环境中灰尘中的氯化石蜡的分布情况。结果发现氯化石蜡在室内灰尘中有较高的赋存水平,含量在2.4-4.5μg/g的水平,中链和短链含量水平相当,这说明居民特别是婴幼儿通过灰尘摄入CPs所导致的潜在健康风险值得关注。
Chlorinated paraffins(CPs),also referred to as polychlorinated n-alkanes,are semi-volatile chemicals(SVOCs) which have been used in large amounts for several decades in various commercial products.General people spend most of their time staying in indoor environment.Therefor the indoor levels of the contaminants are closely related to exposure levels of human beings.Toddlers and infants are more vulnerable to contaminants in indoor dust because they have higher ingestion rate of dust and stay longer inside.In this study,high levels of short and medium-chain length chlorinated paraffins were found in indoor dust in both offices and residential houses in Beijing,which implied that the potential adverse effect for general population of SCCPs via to indoor dust ingestions should be further concerned.
