摘要
本文在中试厂某反萃柱的设计、安装和调试基础上,研究了设计负荷下不同脉冲强度对柱子水力学性能的影响,获取了诸如液位、界面、密度、柱重等水力学运行参数。同时,还对两相出口夹带量和酸度分别进行测量和分析,确定最优脉冲条件和酸的分配系数。试验结果表明,设计的反萃柱水力学运行稳定,能够满足酸传质要求。
The effects of different pulse intensity on the hydraulic performance of column were investigated on the basis of design,installation and commissioning of the stripping column in pilot plant under the design load in this article and hydraulic operation parameters,such as liquid level,interface,density,etc.,were obtained.Meanwhile,the entrainment and acidity of two-phase outlet was measured and analyzed,respectively.Ultimately the optimal pulse condition was determined and the distribution coefficient of acid was obtained.The experiment results showed that the hydraulic of the designed stripping column operated stably and it could meet the requirements of acid mass transfer.
