水性聚氨酯机械发泡涂层技术

摘要
随着国家对环保工作的加强及欧盟标准的提高,作为环境友好型新材料的水性聚氨酯越来越受到人们的关注。水性聚氨酯机械发泡工艺来源于德国拜耳,国内则刚刚兴起,在合成革行业中的应用技术相对匮乏,对其发泡原理和影响因素探究不深。水性聚氨酯物理发泡技术以涂层-干燥技术代替了复杂的溶剂型涂层-凝固-水洗-干燥工艺,大大降低了能源消耗,其过程是:水性聚氨酯通过表面活性剂的作用,经过机械搅拌、空气注入作用,使其乳液形成相对稳定的泡沫,再烘干固化形成带有互穿泡孔的树脂膜。本文主要介绍水性聚氨酯机械发泡涂层技术的关键步骤和影响机械发泡的主要因素,通过对泡沫形成和破裂的基本原理、发泡设备、发泡的基本原料、发泡工艺等内容的研究,阐述水性聚氨酯机械发泡机理。
With the increase attention of environmental protection of the nation as well as the EU standard.The environmental friendly waterborne polyurethane attracted more and more attention.The mechanical foaming technology of waterborne polyurethane was originated from Bayer.The domestic mechanical foaming technology was in the primary stage.The relative scarcity of waterborne polyurethane foam technology used in synthetic leather industry.The mechanical foaming theory as well as the influence factors remained to be resolved.The main principle of mechanical foaming technology of waterborne polyurethane was the replacement of complicated coating-solidification-washing-drying to coating-drying technology.The consumption of energy was low.The main mechanism was as following.Under the action of a surfactant by mechanical agitation,air injection effect,so that the aqueous polyurethane emulsion to form a stable foam.After the drying and solidification,the resin film with interpenetrating cell structure was generated.The key steps and the main influence factors were discussed in the paper.Through the research of foaming formation,the main principle of bursting,the foaming device,foaming material and craft,the foaming mechanism of mechanical foaming of waterborne polyurethane was studied.
