摘要
规划评估了昌铜高速生态经济带水生态文明建设的现状和存在的问题,探索从防洪安全、供水安全、水生态安全及水安全管理四方面进行水生态规划建设,并根据流域范围特点选择了4个不同定位的示范区进行重点规划建设,为生态水利建设提供了新思路,具有积极的现实意义。
This paper evaluates the current situation and existing problems of water ecological civilization construction in Changtong high-speed ecological economic zone, and explores water ecological planning and construction from four aspects: flood control safety, water supply safety, water ecological security and water safety management, and selected according to the characteristics of river basin 4 different positioning demonstration area to focus on planning and construction, for ecological water conservancy construction provides a new idea, with positive practical significance.
