从棕地到绿地——基于污染物治理的GROs风险管理策略研究

摘要
棕地的修复与再生是恢复城市生态自然以营造城市宜居环境的途径之一。本文在此背景下关注棕地到绿地再生过程中基于污染物治理的GROs(Gentle remediation options)风险管理策略。该策略目前主要应用于欧洲实践,其在土壤修复以及污染物风险管理方面具有一定成效,包括多项基于植物、真菌以及细菌的修复技术,通过植物提取、降解以及原位固定等方法来解决棕地污染物问题。相较于传统污染物治理技术,其成本低,在经济、社会和环境方面具有可持续发展的意义。同时,为应对其实际应用中的障碍,欧盟第七框架研究计划下的GREENLAND项目为其提供必要的决策支持工具与实践指导。本文分析GROs策略在棕地污染物治理中的应用及挑战以及基于该策略的GREENLAND项目实践,探讨其作为环境友好型污染物治理策略在棕地修复以及社会与经济层面上的作用与效益。以期为我国棕地治理及景观再生项目中的污染物治理提供借鉴。
Brownfield regeneration is an approach to resume city's natural ecology and create livability environment.In that context,the research focuses on the Gentle remediation options(GROs),which are risk management strategies or technologies involving plant(phyto-),fungi(myco-),and/or bacteria-based methods.Compared with conventional remediation technologies,GROs have significantly lower deployment costs and contribute strongly to sustainable remediation strategies,by providing a broad range of wider economic,social and environmental benefits.In this paper,it analyses the challenges to the adoption of GROs and the GREENLAND project which overcomes the impediments,discussing the wider benefits of this strategies in brownfield regeneration.Based on the experience in European practice,this article can provide helpful experience for the brownfield' s remediation and design projects in China..
