大蒜提取液在硫酸介质中对碳钢缓蚀作用的电化学研究

摘要
应用动电位扫描法和电化学阻抗法研究了大蒜提取液对碳钢在10%H_2SO_4中缓蚀作用。结果表明,大蒜提取液对碳钢在10%H_2SO_4中具有良好的缓蚀性能,随提取液浓度的增加,缓蚀效率增大。大蒜提取液为混合抑制型缓蚀剂,作用机理为几何覆盖效应。大蒜提取液的有效缓蚀成分在碳钢表面的吸附过程为吸热过程,吸附行为服从El-Awady动力学模型与Flory-Huggins吸附等温方程。
The effect of the garlic extractive on the corrosion of carbon steel in 10%H_2SO_4 solution was investigated by using polarization curves measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that the garlic extractive had good corrosion inhibition for carbon steel in 10%H_2SO_4 solution,and the inhibition efficiency increased with increasing concentration of garlic extractive concentration.The garlic extractive was a mixedcontrol inhibitor and its mechanism was coverage effects.The adsorption processes of garlic extractive on carbon steel surface were endothermic reaction,and the adsorption was in accordance with El-Awady dynamic model and FloryHuggins adsorption isotherm equation.
