摘要
按照规定的格式和模版,编制WORD格式的报告,是很多部门日常的一项重要工作。此类报告中既包含一些文字性的描述,又还含有大量的数据来源于业务系统的图表。使用软件自动生成这些报告,不仅能够大大减轻报告编制业务人员的工作量,而且能够很大程度上减少由于人工参而引入错误的可能性。本技术采用微软Open XMLAPI接口和SQL ServerReporting Service服务,编写软件自动生成此类报告,并将软件的开发和报告中业务图表的设计逻辑分离,大大提高了此类报告自动生成软件的开发效率。本技术已成功应用于核工业多个软件系统中。
Compiling the WORD format reports according to the specific templates,which include textual descriptions,tables and charts,is an essential and laborious work.If we can use software to generate such reports automatically,we can not only drastically decrease the workload of the report makers,but also lower the probability of human error.This paper introduces a new technology to develop software to generate such reports automatically using Microsoft Open XML application program interface and SQL Server Reporting Service.Using this technology,the software developers and the report designers can work separately to boost productivity.Such technology has been widely used in many software systems in CNNC.
