摘要
在现代各个工程项目立案以后,利用招投标来合理规范选择施工企业,进行工程项目建设,已经成为我国对工程项目确定主要方式,同样工程项目招投标的过程也就具有一定的风险。本文作者以工程项目招投标阶段为出发点,从投标方的角度出发,阐述工程项目招投标阶段的风险及其防范措施,对于工程项目招投标的管理具有一定的意义。
In the modern project after the case,the use of bidding to rationalize the selection of construction enterprises,the construction of the project has become China's major way to determine the project,the same project bidding process also has a certain risk.In this paper,the authors take the bidding stage of the project as the starting point,and from the point of view of the bidder,it is of great significance to elaborate the risk of the project bidding and the precautionary measures.
