沸石材料合成与后处理的过程研究

摘要
沸石分子筛与沸石分子筛结构相同,但化学性质不同。它是由P,Ge,In,Ga和过渡金属代替硅和铝元素构成的。其中含Ge元素的类沸石分子筛,具有水解不稳定性,含有Ge元素的双四元环,易形成单层结构,再通过自组装成新结构的沸石分子筛。我们对ITH结构沸石分子筛进行了不同条件下的水解实验,初步得到具有缺陷的结构,再运用延长反应时间、加入Si源两种不同的后处理方式来得到新型沸石分子筛。
The zeolite analogues have the similar structures to zeolites,but have different chemical compositions and properties.P,Ge,In,Ga and transition metals take the place of the Si and Al elements,which are located in4-connected corner.Germanium in the zeolites analogues is preferentially located in the double-4-ring sites and is hydrolytically unstable.So Ge-containing zeolite analogues are preferentially disassembled and reassembled to a new framework.We explored the different conditions on hydrolysis of ITH and obtained the defect structures.After that,we can reassemble the new framework by prolonging the reaction time and adding the Si resources.
