摘要
EPS(电动助力转向系统)是一种助力转向系统,它是指依靠电机提供辅助扭矩的动力转向系统。而传统的液压助力转向系统由发动机驱动液压泵产生液压来提供助力。与液压助力转向系统相比,EPS具有很大的技术优势。本文简述了EPS设计过程中需要注意的几项内容。
EPS(Electric Power Steering) system is a kind of power steering system.It relys on the electric motor to provide the power steering system auxiliary torque.While in hydraulic power steering system hydraulic power is provided by engine,which drives the hydraulic pump to make it.Compared with the hydraulic power steering system,EPS has great technical advantages.This paper introduces several matters need attention when designing the EPS.
