流动儿童助人行为特点:基于群体身份认同视角

摘要
本研究基于群体身份认同视角,分别在微观个体和中观群体两个研究层次上探讨了流动儿童助人行为的特点。在微观层次下,基于实验室情境探讨了流动儿童群体身份认同对其助人行为的影响。该研究层次首先探讨了不同群体身份认同的流动儿童在面对内群和外群求助者时,助人行为的差异。其次,该研究根据CIIM理论模型,探讨了不同群体身份认同的流动儿童在面对4种身份迥异求助者时的助人行为差异。在中观层次下,研究使用社会网络分析技术,探讨了包含流动儿童的混合教学班级中助人关系网络的群体结构。研究首先使用了密度指标对班级成员间的助人发生比进行衡量。其次,在班级助人关系网络的群体结构测量上,使用块模型技术分析了班级助人关系网络中的亚群体结构。最后,使用QAP相关技术探讨了群体身份网络和助人关系网络的相关性。微观研究层次的研究结果表明,城市认同的流动儿童较模糊认同和老家认同的流动儿童更容易帮助别人。而老家认同的流动儿童和城市认同及模糊认同的流动儿童相比较,更愿意帮助和自己有相似身份的流动儿童。而在中观研究层次上也进一步的验证了微观层面的论断。在班级中,老家认同的流动儿童更愿意形成凝聚子群体。这也使其固守在自己的小群体中,不愿意帮助他人。中观研究层次相结合的方式使研究者在透彻分析流动儿童群体身份认同发生机制的前提下,更完整恰当的把握流动儿童助人行为的发生及发展特点。
Based on the group identity recognition perspective we discuss the promotion and Characteristic of help behavior of floating children from the micro and meso levels. At the micro level, this research discusses the influences of group identity on floating children's helping behaviors under the scenario of laboratory. This part firstly discusses the differences in helping behaviors among floating children with different identities facing in-group and out-group help seekers. Based on CIIM, this part also discusses the behavioral differences among floating children with different self-identities facing help seekers of four identities. Discussion on helping relationship network structure of mixed teaching classes containing floating children by using social network analysis techniques at the meso level.As for the specific index selection, we applies density index in measuring the helping behavioral frequency of the whole class. In measuring the overall helping relationship network structure of the whole class, this study chooses block modeling to analyze the sub-group existing in the helping relationship network of the class. The research approach in the meso level makes up the limitation of the micro level, which focuses only on individual research from micro perspective. The combination of micro level and meso level will make researcher know the mechanism of group identity recognition of floating children overall and the development characteristic of the helping behavior of floating children.
