基于虚拟仪器的中型飞机电气负载测试系统的设计

摘要
中型飞机电气系统真实负载试验测试系统是为中型运输机电源与用电设备之间的匹配性测试而设计,其目的在于简便快捷地测试飞机与用电设备之间能否匹配以及是否符合国军标的要求,并提供必要的数据支持。主要以虚拟仪器为基础,以飞机真实负载试验测试系统为研究对象,构建了基于PXI总线模块硬件与LabVIEW软件环境的虚拟仪器测试平台,为中型飞机电源与用电设备之间匹配验证提供了测试手段。经实际测试证明,本测试系统运行可靠,测试准确,较高的自动化程度极大的提升了测试工作的效率,满足工程技术要求。
The real load testing system of aircraft electric system is designed for the testing of matching pieces between aircraft power supply and mission system,whose purpose is to test whether the aircraft and missions systems can match and the matching can meet the standard of GJB,and provide the necessary data supporting.Based on the virtual instrument,taken the real load testing system as the object of the research,the virtual instrument testing platform is built based on PXI and Lab VIEW,which provides test method for verifying the matching relation of electric system and mission system for medium-sized aircraft.By the actual testing,it is proved that this testing system works well,the testing results are accurate and reliable,higher level automation has greatly improved the efficiency of testing,which meets the engineering technical demands and reaches the original purpose of the design.
