平衡网络参数测量方法研究

摘要
各种平衡器件因自身具有的优异性能在电子设备中得到广泛应用,对平衡网络的特性进行精确全面评估的需求日益迫切。传统的基于物理巴伦变换和矢量网络分析仪的测量方法在测量精度、参数完整性和测量频段上存在限制。本文提出一种全新的基于线性叠加定理的平衡网络参数测量方法,结合多端口误差修正技术,实现了平衡网络参数的精确全面评估。
Kinds of balance devices are used widely in electrical equipment because of their excellent performance,accuracy and complete evaluation of balance network performance is becoming exigent.There are some limitations on traditional measurement method based balun and vector network analyzer combination including measurement accuracy,measurement parameter integrality and frequency range.A new balance network measurement method based linear superposition is presented in this paper,all balance network parameters can be measured accurately by this method combined with multiport error correction technique.
