重金属冶炼废水膜法处理技术进展

摘要
重金属冶炼废水浓度高、波动大、成分杂、水量大特征,常常含有砷、镉、铅等多金属离子,氟、氯、有机物及钙离子等,难以适应反渗透膜法处理要求.研究分析了重金属冶炼废水反渗透膜处理进水主要指标要求:钙离子浓度低于100 mg/L、氟离子浓度低于10 mg/L、进水中余氯浓度<0.1 mg/L、COD低于100 mg/L、电导率小于10 000μS/cm.系统综述了重金属冶炼废水处理技术进展,详细介绍了基于微生物特异性的重金属废水"多基团配位-水解-絮凝-脱钙"深度净化新工艺,该工艺出水达到国家地表水三类标准,钙离子可控脱除低于50 mg/L,可作为反渗透膜法深度净化的预处理方法.介绍了株冶集团总废水600 m~3/h"生物制剂法预处理+膜深度净化"工艺工程运行情况,自2009年以来,运行稳定.并对重金属冶炼废水膜法深度处理工艺给出了具体的若干建议.
The heavy metal smelting wastewater,with high pollutants concentration,fluctuant inflow,complex composition,and vast volume,always contains various metal ions(As,Cd and Pb),fluorine,chlorine,organic and calcium ioa Therefore,it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of reverse osmosis membrane(ROM)treatment for this kind of wastewater.In this research,the required inflow parameters for ROM were studied and established.It shows that the ROM inflow should meet following standard:[Ca~(2+)]<100mg/L,[F~-]<10 mg/L,residual chlorine concentration is below 0.1 mg/L,COD <100 mg/L,and the conductivity is less than 10 000μS/cm.This paper summarizes the recently progress on heavy metal smelting wastewater treatment Additionally,a novel purification technology,namely "Complex-Hydrolysis- Precipitation- Decalcification"(CHPD),is described in detail.It is believed that the CHPD,whose effluent can meet the environmental quality standard for surface water(Class Ⅲ),and its[Ca~(2+)]lowers than 50 mg/L,is an appropriate pretreatment process for ROM The running status of CHPD & ROM project(scale:600 m~3/h),established to treat the wastewater for Zhuzhou Smelter Group since 2009,was introduced in this paper.Some suggestions have been raised for deep purification of heavy metal smelting wastewater with ROM technology.
