某核化工厂房地下室外墙后浇带渗漏水处理

在核化工厂房中,很多设备间需要设置多道放射性封闭屏障,混凝土墙体不仅是重要的结构受力构件,同时也是一道关键的封闭屏障,必须保证混凝土的密实性和完整性。本文以某新建低放废液贮存厂房为例,对因施工质量问题出现渗漏的后浇带而采取的处理措施进行介绍。雨季时地下水从地下室外墙后浇带处渗漏进设备室,并引起墙体钢覆面起鼓损坏。施工单位采取局部浇筑混凝土、墙体裂缝处注射水泥基防水材料、重做外墙后浇带处防水卷材等应急处理措施,但渗漏水情况依然严重。本文重点介绍了设计方的最终处理方案,通过采取对有质量缺陷的混凝土置换和增大截面的方法,对后浇带混凝土进行加固处理;鉴于此工程的重要性,为了检验处理效果,在后浇带外侧设置蓄水井,进行长时间的蓄水试验及观测,同时,蓄水井也为加固处理提供了施工空间。由于当时基坑回填土已经施工完成,而且基坑边缘距离老厂房较近,不宜采取大开挖的方法,因此借鉴了人工挖孔桩的方法对蓄水井进行设计与施工。经过加固处理后,后浇带的渗漏水情况得以解决,至今已近三年,效果良好。本文所述的处理方案可以为今后类似的施工质量问题处理提供参考。
It should be installed radioactive multiple-defense barriers in many rooms of a nuclear chemical plant.The concrete wall is not only important structural member but also one key barrier,so the compactness and integrity of the concrete wall is required.Taking one workshop as an example,the treatment for leaking of the post-pouring belt due to bad construction quality is introduced.When the rainy season came,ground water leaked into equipment room from the postpouring belt in the concrete wall,and the stainless steel liner installed inside of wall was damaged.The final disposal scheme from the designer is important part of the article,the post-pouring belt was strengthened by the replacement of concrete and increasing cross-section of wall.Due to the important of the project,the water impounding well was set up outside of the post-pouring belt in order to text the effect of strengthening,and the inside space of the well was enough for the strengthening construction.Because the soil had been backfilled and the edge of excavation was adjacent to the existing building,so large excavation was not advisable,and the well was designed by learning from the method of artificial bored pile.The question of water leaking was solved successfully after strengthening in the last,and it has been nearly 3 years by now.The strengthening scheme given in the article can be used as a reference treatment for the similar question of concrete construction.
