结合“高层建筑的某层整体置换实例”谈加固改造业特点

摘要
构件"置换"和高层建筑整层"置换"已成为对建筑物构件缺陷和高层建筑整层缺陷加固改造最好的处理方式。结合了两个工程实例,内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯龙湾项目(4号楼第9层剪力墙、柱及10层梁板置换)和爱琴湾二期三区4栋(16层剪力墙、柱及17层梁板混凝土氯离子超标置换项目)。首先通过原因分析了和加固方案比较,确定了整体的加固方案;然后介绍了整体置换的设计和施工流程。其中,混凝土置换不仅将不合格的混凝土彻底返工重新浇筑,同时不影响建筑物的外观及使用功能;问题楼层通过设置临时支撑体系,按照施工流程置换混凝土竖向构件和水平构件,达到问题构件全部置换的目的。
Component 'replacement' and the ' replacement' of the high rise building whole layer have become the best way to deal with the defects of building components and high rise building whole layer.This paper combines the two engineering projects,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region ordos Longwan project(the replacement of the ninth floor shear wall,column and the tenth floor slab) and the department 4,the third district,Phase Ⅱ,the Aegean bay project(the replacement of the 16 th floor shear wall,column and the 17 th floor beam slab because of the content of chloride ion in concrete exceeds the standard).Firstly,the overall strengthening plan was determined by the reason analysis and the reinforcement scheme comparison.Secondly,this paper introduces the process of the design and construction,whereby,the concrete replacement not only replaces the unqualified concrete but also does not affect the appearance of the buildings and the functions of use.The replacement of the problem floor is accomplished by setting the temporary support system and vertical component and horizontal component replacement according to the construction process.
