不锈钢材料膜新进展及其应用

摘要
综述了不锈钢膜的优点和不锈钢膜的发展及现状,制备了不锈钢中空纤维膜和三通道不锈钢膜,采用TiO_2,ZrO_2和SiO_2纳米颗粒改性了不锈钢膜中空纤维膜,制备了MFI分子筛不锈钢膜中空纤维渗透汽化膜,讨论了不锈钢膜的应用,展望了不锈钢维膜的发展动态及趋势.
The advantages,progress and current situation of stainless steel membrane were reviewed.Stainless steel hollow fiber membrane and three-channel stainless steel hollow fiber membrane were fabricated.Stainless steel hollow fiber membrane was modified using TiO_2,ZrO_2 and SiO_2 nano-particles.MFI zeolite pervaporation membranes on coarse macropore stainless steel hollow fibers were prepared.The applications of stainless steel membranes were discussed mainly.The development situation and trend of stainless steel membrane was introduced.
