摘要
废弃地是指在采矿、工业和建设及其相关活动过程中形成的、生态系统结构和功能已全部或部分丧失未经有效处理而无法恢复导致废弃的土地。所指的工矿废弃地主要为土地变更调查中确认为建设用地的采矿及矿渣堆放场废弃地,包括煤矿废弃地、废弃砖石厂等土地。在土地供需矛盾日趋尖锐的形势下,开展土地复垦整治,对土地复垦潜力进行评价研究,可以增加有效耕地面积,提高耕地质量,缓解耕地资源紧缺的矛盾,进一步扩大农业生产,同时可以促进土地利用方式的转变,提高土地集约利用水平,重建生态环境和整治污染,最终可以实现宁武县地区资源、环境与经济、社会的协调可持续发展。在工矿废弃土地复垦潜力研究中,需要统筹考虑复垦条件、土壤条件、降雨及灌溉条件及社会经济条件之间的关系,及其后期复垦工作的实施和管理之间的联系。
Abandoned refers to mining,industrial and construction and related activities during the formation of the ecological structure and function of the system has been wholly or partially lost can not be restored without effective treatment lead to abandoned land.Mining waste mainly means in land change survey,identified land for construction of mining and slag dumps waste land,including abandoned coal mine and abandoned brick factory land.When land supply and demand has become increasingly acute,carry out land reclamation can improve land reclamation potential,increase the effective area of cultivated land,improve the quality of cultivated land,and ease the shortage of arable land resources contradiction,further expansion of agricultural production,and can promote land use patterns,also can reconstruction and improvement of ecological environment pollution,and ultimately can achieve area resources,environmental economic and social sustainable development in Ningwu County.Research the abandoned mining land reclamation potential,we need to consider reclamation conditions,soil conditions,rainfall and irrigation conditions and socio- economic conditions relationship,and its implementation and management of post-reclamation work.
