15个秋石斛兰品种间杂交及种子萌发特性研究

摘要
选用15个秋石斛兰进行不完全双列杂交,对其结果性、蒴果成熟性、蒴果大小及其重量,以及种子萌发情况进行了研究。结果表明:①不同杂交组合的结果率存在明显差异,最高达到100%,最低为0。②由于秋石斛兰品种间的差异,进行正反杂交有利于提高杂交成功率。③蒴果从授粉至采收时间高于120d,有利于蒴果内结出种子,且种子的萌发率高;若蒴果从授粉至采收时间低于90d,种子萌发较慢或极为缓慢。④蒴果的重量、长度和宽度之间经相关分析,表明果实的大小和果的重量存在的一定的关系。⑤不同杂交组合原球茎形成所需的时间差异较小,一般在15~30d膨大变绿。⑥原球茎的膨大率100%,萌发率也为100%,但原球茎的膨大率或萌发率与蒴果采收时间存在一定的关系。⑦以MS+BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+活性炭1.0g/L+蔗糖30.0g/L+椰汁100.0g/L+琼脂7.0g/L为诱导培养基,种子萌发较快且萌发率高。
15 varieties of Dendrobium were selected for incomplete diallel cross.The setting percentage,capsule mature,the capsule size and weight,seed germination were carried out during them.The results showed that;①There were significant differences in setting percentage during cultivars and the setting percentage of cross combination was 0 ~ 100%.②The reciprocal crosses will help improve the success rate of hybridization because of the differences during varieties.③The capsule than120 days from pollination to mature,the seed inside capsule formed and the seed germination rate was high,if less than 90 d,the germination of seed was relatively slow or very slow.④There was certain relationship between capsule size and weight of the capsule.⑤ The difference of corm forming time was smaller in different cross combinations between 15 d and 30 d.⑥ The expansion rate of corm was 100%,the germination rate of seed was also 100%,but there was a certain relationship between expansion rate of corm or germination rate and capsule recovery time.⑦ The seed germinated rapidly and germination rate was high on MS + BA 2.0mg/L + 0.5mg/L NAA + activated carbon 1.0g/L + sucrose 30.0g/L + 100.0g/L coconut milk +agar 7.0g/L.
