水温、盐度和溶氧对红鳍东方鲀幼鱼最大游泳速度的影响

摘要
为了考查水温、盐度和溶氧对红鳍东方鲀幼鱼游泳能力的影响,本实验利用行为生态学方法测定了其在不同水温(15.2、20.2、25.6和30.4℃)、盐度(0、10、20、32和40)和溶氧(2.14、4.10、5.81和7.36 mg/L)条件下的最大游速。结果表明,在15.2~30.4℃水温范围内,随水温(T,℃)升高实验鱼的最大游速(U_(max),cm/s)逐渐增加,从17.51 cm/s升高到37.38 cm/s。水温与最大游速呈二次函数关系,关系式为U_(max)=-0.018 T~2+2.204 T-12.27,R~2=0.981(P<0.01)。盐度对实验鱼的最大游速无显著影响(P>0.05)。在2.14~7.36 mg/L溶氧含量范围内,随溶氧含量(DO,mg/L)升高实验鱼的最大游速(U_(max),cm/s)逐渐增加,从16.43 cm/s升高到33.65 cm/s。溶氧含量与最大游速呈二次函数关系,关系式为U_(max)=-0.806 DO~2+11.10 DO-3.919,R~2=0.985(P<0.01)。低温和缺氧会显著降低红鳍东方鲀幼鱼的游泳能力,进而影响其捕食和反捕食能力。研究结果有助于更好地了解红鳍东方鲀幼鱼的行为生态习性,还可为其增殖放流适宜环境的选择提供参考资料。
The maximum swimming speed(U_(max)) of juvenile Takifugu rubripes was determined under different temperatures(15.2, 20.2, 25.6 and 30.4 ℃), salinities(0, 10, 20, 32 and 40), and dissolved oxygen(2.14, 4.10, 5.81 and 7.36 mg/L). The U_(max) increased from 17.51 cm/s to 37.38cm/s as the temperature(T, ℃) increased from 15.2 to 30.4 ℃. The relationship between T and U_(max) can be described by the quadratic model as U_(max) =-0.018 T 2 + 2.204 T- 12.27, R~2 = 0.981(P< 0.01). The salinity challenges had no significant effects upon U_(max) of juvenile T. rubripes(P >0.05). The U_(max) increased from 16.43 cm/s to 33.65 cm/s as the dissolved oxygen(DO, mg/L)increased from 2.14 to 7.36 mg/L. The relationship between DO and U_(max) can be described by the quadratic model as U_(max) =-0.806 DO~2 + 11.10 DO- 3.919, R~2 = 0.985(P < 0.01). Low temperature and hypoxia can reduce the swimming ability of juvenile T. rubripes and further weaken the predation and anti-predation capacity. Results can be of value in understanding ecological processes and improving the stock enhancement of T. rubripes.
